A little gems hidden in the bushes…Hooded Pitta resting moment, love the spiritual eyes especially when it look up in the sky. 😊

Hooded Pitta hopping around to look for it’s meal. While most of the photographer looking forward to take standing on the rock photo , I prefer to take jumping out from the rock action moment. 😊

Hooded Pitta standing on the rock beautifully! This migrant bird appear at the residential area and very friendly. The light condition is very good as compare to where it usually found in the wooded area and the environment quite dark. Many people waiting to shot when it stand on the rock and I am very lucky to see this shortly after I arrive. 😊

Part 3 - Victory ! After the Dark-sided flycatcher fled from the spider web it continue to happily catching the flies again. This is the beautiful take off moment. 😊

Part 2 - Dark-sided flycatcher continue to try it’s best to struggle and manage to drop down a bit, unfortunately a larger and even more stronger spider web just below it and the poor bird are trapped even more worst. Under this circumstances we all thought no way it can escape. We have some photographers behind the trees and I believe everyone will have the same struggle like me , shall we rescue the bird (the bird is trapped at very tall tree at least 10m+ above the ground) ? or , we shall not interfere the nature ? To be honest it’s a very hard decision to make on the spot. A brave photographer decided to take action and he has strong arm to throw a stick upward, it hit one side of the web and the bird manage to fled successfully too! We all cheered for the brave photographer and feel relief for the bird. Majority of the web still intact and I believe the spider won’t be starving to dead. But again….you might ask me what if there’s small fly trapped on the web , will we go and rescue the small fly? I really can’t give you that answer, the only thing come to my mind is , we should be grateful as a human we do have a choice, not like animal they don’t have a choice. We can choose not to eat animal and we still can survive very well , but animal don’t have this choice. This is happy ending story to most of the people and some might not be happy as this is interfere the nature, it’s really a tough decision to make. I leave it to the audience and I am sure everyone has your own perfect answer. Although I am not the hero who free the bird, however I feel so glad to capture this rare moment and able to share with you what’s happening in real wild life and some very unexpected thing might happen just like that. To me, I will continue to be a vegetarian and ensure myself be kind to the earth, human, wildlife and animals around us. Thank you for your patience to wait for the part 2 of the story and my long writing I apologize if the photo makes you feel uncomfortable. One more thing…tomorrow I will show you part 3 how happy of this bird after it fled from the web 😊
